Our new member portal is a user-friendly interface that allows you to manage your account easily. You can access the member portal by going to our website‘s “My Account” section.

From the ‘My Account tab, you can review your account balance. Occasionally, pending contributions or distributions might cause a difference between the ‘Ledger Balance and ‘Available Balance’. Always refer to the ‘Available Balance for the most accurate account balance.
When you log in to your ‘Profile’, you will see a link that says ‘Profile Settings’ on the right side of the screen. Clicking on this link will take you to the ‘Profile Settings’ page. You will see a box titled ‘Banking Information’ on the left side of the page.

To add a new beneficiary, select Add Individuals from the dropdown menu. From here, you can search for people using a variety of criteria, including their names, email addresses, and phone number. After selecting the person you wish to add, you can provide an additional note about the individual.
If you have multiple beneficiaries on your account, you need to authorize them individually. Call member services to get started.

Claims marked as ‘Private’
You can make your claims private. It means that only you can view your claims information.

If you have a medical condition, you may need to provide proof of this at any given time. Also, if you are self-employed, you may be required to submit proof of your income each year.
If you work digitally, then you are already aware of the importance of digital records. However, you may not know that even when working on paper, you should still keep a copy of your work on hand. Creating art on paper makes it easy to lose or destroy your original work. By having a backup, you can ensure you have all your original work and also be able to easily recover from a computer crash.
